Deep Clean

All Rooms:

• Dust/Wipe furniture, light fixtures, lampshades, tables, vents, picture frames, knick-knacks, artwork, shelves, mirrors, and noticeable cobwebs (underneath some items, not all items removed; we do not go inside closets or closed doors without instruction).
• Dust baseboards
• Dust molding and woodwork
• Dust window ledges, sills, blinds
• Dust reachable fans and light fixtures
• Spot check light switches and doors
• Clean inside glass entrance doors
• Vacuum carpet areas, large rugs, and under furniture on carpet areas, as far as reachable
• Dust under furniture on hard surface floors, as far as reachable
• Lift and vacuum under items that are easily moveable with one hand
• Vacuum, dust mop or sweep hard surface floors
• Mop hard floor surfaces
• Empty trash and replace bags as needed (client must provide bags)
• Basements are not included in Standard Clean but can be added on for an additional fee.

Kitchen, Eat-In, Laundry Area:

• Clean countertops (behind items)
• Clean small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee makers, etc.)
• Clean outside of all kitchen appliances
• Clean stovetop and outside range hood
• Clean microwave inside and outside
• Clean sink, faucet, and drain
• Clean outside of trash can
• Spot check cabinet exteriors and backsplash
• Clean washer and dryer exterior areas (where exposed)

Bathrooms:

• Clean counter, sinks, and faucets
• Clean tub and shower
• Clean toilet inside and outside, floor and wall area
• Spot check cabinet exteriors
• Neatly hang/fold towels or replace paper products (client supplies products)
• Laundry room dust off washer and dryer, sweep, and mop floors.

Deep Clean

Deep cleans are added to the standard clean with a detailed emphasis and focus on build-up. plus the following:

• Hand wipe baseboards
• Hand wipe doors, ledges, and jams
• Hand wipe window ledges
• Hand wipe moldings and woodwork
• Hand wipe stair railings
• Hand wipe reachable ceiling fans
• Hand wipe light fixtures (wiped in place / not removed)
• Hand wipe reachable chandeliers
• Remove items from shelves to thoroughly dust & wipe underneath
• Hand wipe knick/knacks, collectibles
• Hand wipe light switches
• Thoroughly wipe cabinet doors
• Clean top of the refrigerator
• Clean outside of vents
