Our rates are based on the estimated time needed to clean your space, and we take pride in being highly accurate with these estimates. Often, the first and second cleans take a little longer as we get your home to our standard of cleanliness. The quoted rate reflects the time it will take once we’ve established a routine.However, if we find that the cleanings are consistently taking significantly more or less time, rates may be adjusted accordingly. Rest assured, the rate we initially quoted will be honored, and if an increase is needed, we will notify you and discuss the changes before proceeding.We understand that some clients prefer to stick to a set budget.
