For high surfaces, our staff keeps their feet on the floor and uses extension dusters to ensure these areas are addressed without the need for ladders or step stools.

We love pets and use non-toxic, pet-friendly cleaners to ensure a safe environment for your furry friends. However, please note the following:

• Pre-Cleaning Required: We do not clean up animal waste. Please ensure any pet messes are addressed before your appointment.
• Pet Safety & Comfort: We’re happy to work around friendly pets, but if your dog or other animals may feel uncomfortable or protective, please secure them in a separate area during the cleaning.
• Team Matching: Some of our cleaners are more comfortable around pets than others. Let us know about your pets in advance so we can assign the best team for your home.

Our rates are based on the estimated time needed to clean your space, and we take pride in being highly accurate with these estimates. Often, the first and second cleans take a little longer as we get your home to our standard of cleanliness. The quoted rate reflects the time it will take once we’ve established a routine.However, if we find that the cleanings are consistently taking significantly more or less time, rates may be adjusted accordingly. Rest assured, the rate we initially quoted will be honored, and if an increase is needed, we will notify you and discuss the changes before proceeding.We understand that some clients prefer to stick to a set budget. In these cases, we’re happy to prioritize the areas you want cleaned most.
